- Designs, implements, conducts, and oversees all programs in a manner that adheres to compliance standards and elements of each vendor contract.

- Administers and oversees contracts with Vocational Rehabilitation and Trillium Health Resources.

- Provides oversight to all program staff.

- Defines and recommends objectives in each area of the Program Department. Develops short-term and long-term plans and programs. Writes grant proposals as necessary.

- Interviews and observes consumers and reviews reports as appropriate to determine interests, aptitudes, abilities, and needs. Develops and writes an individualized rehabilitation plan or person centered plan. Reviews and evaluates progress and recommends modifications as appropriate on a regular basis.

- Schedules and conducts staffing's with case managers, VR counselors, families, consumers, and other relevant stakeholders. Regularly provides current data relating to the consumer to appropriate personnel.

- Assures delivery of quality, professional services in accordance with current purchase of service contracts and applicable regulations. Provides reports as required.

- Provides written monthly reports to the Board of Directors including information necessary to keep board members informed of the activities of the department and the consumers. Presents the reports to the Board at meetings.

Qualifications

- Education equivalent to an undergraduate degree preferably in a related field of study.

- Experience providing services to adults with disabilities.

- Prefer experience in program supervision.

- A combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Valid NCDL, clean driving record.

- Clean drug and background screen.
